About Us
Founded by James O’Connor in 2018, Tipsee Bars started as a passion project—serving handcrafted cocktails at small garden gatherings with friends and family. As demand grew, James expanded Tipsee Bars, travelling across the UK to cater for larger house parties, private events, and high-end venues, bringing the bar to some of the most luxurious homes and exclusive locations.
During lockdown, the hospitality industry faced challenges, but it also sparked creativity and innovation. James recognized the opportunity to deliver a premium bar experience directly to people’s homes, which led to the creation of Tipsee Bars’ slogan:

With an extensive background in the bar and restaurant scene, James also works as a General Manager in a busy city centre brand, where he oversees operations and high-end service, while simultaneously managing Tipsee Bars. His expertise spans cocktail making, event management, and hospitality service, ensuring every event is executed with precision and care.
